Our client is seeking to recruit a Merchandiser who will report to the Customer Service Lead.

\n The ideal candidate will liaise with buyers once sales contracts are finalized and ensure goods ordered reach on time and as per specifications i.e ensure full customer satisfaction with high champion culture.Responsibilities:Know your customer.Effective follow up of all details concerning quantity, type of product, format, shipping plan.Proper invoicing and follow up on settlement of invoice.Feedback to customers, whenever required.Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure zero occurrence on delivery date, quality, quantity, documentation required.Handling customer complaints effectively and close the loop.Profile:HSC \/A levelAt least 3 years’ experience in Merchandising.Advanced skills in Microsoft tools.Organized, disciplined and focused on details.Fluent in English and French (both oral and written).Team Player.Good negotiating skills & Proactive.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.Strong Logistics knowledge.<\/p>\n
