\n As an Information Security and Data Privacy Senior Analyst, the role involves overseeing the implementation of information security and data privacy initiatives, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They manage projects to enhance data protection measures, mitigate risks, and uphold security & privacy standards across organizational systems and processes.Roles and Responsibilities \u2022\tEvaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement with respect to Information Security and Privacy.\u2022\tLead ongoing reviews of business processes in relation to Information Security and Data Privacy based on the following Frameworks ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 33001 and related standards.\u2022\tStay up to date on the latest process and IT security advancements (IT Frameworks)\u2022\tConduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.\u2022\tDocument and communicate the results of his\/her efforts.\u2022\tEffectively communicates his\/her insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.\u2022\tGather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.\u2022\tWork closely with various stakeholders.\u2022\tManage internal projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.\u2022\tUpdate, implement, and maintain procedures.\u2022\tPrioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.\u2022\tMonitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.\u2022\tMonitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.\u2022\tConduct performance reviews for juniors.\u2022\tParticipate in team development. \u2022\tAdhere to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Data Protection Act.\u2022\tEnsure project reports and SLA& KPI (Key Performance Indicators) are updated. \u2022\tEstablishing procedures for reporting security incidents, maintaining incident documentation, and conducting post-incident reviews\u2022\tMonitor and analyze security events, alerts, and logs to detect and respond to security threats.Job RequirementsQualification and Experience\u2022\tA bachelor\u2019s degree \/ diploma \/ certificate in business, information security audits, compliance or IT Security.\u2022\tKnowledge in the IT Security field and ISO Information Security framework\u2022\tA minimum of 3-4 years\u2019 experience in business analysis \/ IT Security\/ Data Privacy or a related field.Skills and competenciesTechnical skills:\u2022\tStrong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.\u2022\tProficient in preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations.\u2022\tCompetent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS SharePoint.\u2022\tSolid project management skills, including planning, organization, and time management.\u2022\tAbility to address technical challenges and project hurdles through analytical and problem-solving skills.\u2022\tExperience managing change, especially in adapting to evolving technology landscapes.Behavioral competencies:\u2022\tAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.\u2022\tExcellent documentation and communication skills.\u2022\tLeadership and team empowerment skills, including coaching and supervising team members.\u2022\tAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and departments.\u2022\tStrong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.<\/p>\n
