\n HR Officer\u00a0Main Duties and Responsibilities:\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute to payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare HR reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in all Disciplinary processes and matters, and be involved in Industrial Relations\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist\u00a0 with Employee Relations and the follow up of issues raised by employees through the different channels\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain accurate HR\/Employee records\u00a0Qualification and Profile:\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Degree in Human Resources, Management, or any other related field\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 years of working experience in an HR Generalist role with focus on Compensation and benefits\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well versed with compensation and benefits – payroll computation and legal framework\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Computer literate \u2013 Intermediate MS Office, Time & Attendance Software\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well versed in Local Labor Legislations and Industrial Relations\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Values-Driven and People-Centric behavior is essential\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Result-oriented with a \u2018Can Do\u2019 attitude\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dynamic, detail-conscious and well organized\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent interpersonal communication skills (spoken & written) in French & English\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Capable of displaying a high level of confidentiality<\/p>\n
