Role Overview<\/p>\n
The Technician \u2013 Electrical and Mechanical is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.

\n Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical distribution boards (DBs).Repair, service, and maintain pumps, motors, and associated mechanical equipment.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across hotel facilities.Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.Ensure all electrical and mechanical works comply with safety regulations and maintenance standards.Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or recurring faults.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.Assist in planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and technical issues.Ensure proper isolation and lock-out\/tag-out procedures during maintenance works.Maintain tools, spare parts, and workshop areas in good condition.Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to hotel operations.Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the hotel.Follow hotel policies, procedures, and engineering best practices at all times.Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer.Qualifications & ExperienceTechnical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a 4-star hotel is mandatory.Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.Ability to work under pressure and respond efficiently to breakdowns.Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.Interested candidates are invited to apply with their CV.<\/p>\n
