\n Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare a daily planning according to the reservations\/ bookings receivedOptimise the planning by allocating our own fleet and drivers and use only the sub-contracted vehiclesEnsure that the transport requests are scheduled as per the correct time, date, venuesMake sure that all drivers are given their transfer orders in due timeSet up the pick up\/ drop off of all guests, tours, guides and staff as per the correct timings & standardsCoordinate with hotel representatives to deliver the correct arrival\/ departure listsDeal with outside contractors and customers regarding the planning of schedulesFollow up the planning according to (a) the planned arrivals\/departures time.Liaise with the garage for repairs and maintenance appointmentsAttend to telephone calls and any administrative requestsPerform night and day shifts as per the rostersAny other tasks assigned by the Fleet & Logistics ManagerSpecific Requirements\u00a0HSC or equivalentTwo years experience in a similar post would be an advantage.Be fluent in English and French written and spokenFully Computer literateTrustworthy, proactive and dynamic, team spiritGood communication and organizational skillsBe willing to work odd hours, including Sundays and public holidays<\/p>\n
