\n Job Responsibilities:Coordinate & supervise activities in his\/her departmentEnsure Guests\u2019 \/ Repeaters\u2019 satisfaction at all times and be totally aware of their preferencesEnsure that respective team projects a warm, professional and welcome imageHandle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action requiredInteract regularly with guest to obtain feedbacks for improvementManage Roster and set the annual operating budget and ensures that it is strictly adhered to and managed on a monthly basisEstablish cost management planManage each kitchen outlet as independent profit centreCollaborate with the F&BM and RM to develop strategies and special events to promote salesEnsure respective Team Members are operating as per Quality Management SystemEnsure respective Team Members are operating as per S&H regulations and policiesMaintain good housekeeping in his \/ her DepartmentMenu engineering processesPrepare and communicates the Kitchen Operations plan and monitors its implementationEnsure that Outlets are in good running conditionCandidate’s Profile:Degree in hospitality \/ tourism management or any other acceptable qualifications, experience and career achievement are essential together with academicals requirementsDiploma with specialisation in Food Production from a recognized institutionAt least 8 years work-related experience in a supervisory position in Kitchen operationComputer literale including hotel management systemEnthusiastic professional with a dynamic personalityFluent in English and\/or French both written and spoken<\/p>\n
