The Barman \/ Barmaid is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining high standards of service

\n Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.Mix and serve basic cocktails and specialty drinks as required.Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area at all times.Interact with guests in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.Promote beverages and assist with upselling when appropriate.Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with liquor licensing regulations.Monitor stock levels and report shortages or breakages.Assist with bar setup, closing procedures, and daily inventories.Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Maintain proper use and care of bar equipment and glassware.Coordinate with service staff and kitchen for smooth operations.Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.Support special events, promotions, and themed nights when required.Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B Manager or Bar Manager.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in bar service is preferred.Knowledge of bar operations in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesGood knowledge of beverages and basic cocktail preparation.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Interested candidates are invited to apply with their CV.<\/p>\n
