\n \u00a0A senior preparer position responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services for complex portfolios. This role handles a full spectrum of complexity levels (low, medium, and high) with minimal supervision, focusing on sophisticated accounting processes and detailed client deliverables. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead preparation of complex financial reports while maintaining high quality standards.Core Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of complex financial statements, NAV calculations and other reportsEnsure accuracy and timeliness of deliverablesApply accounting standards and policies with minimal supervisionContribute to process improvement initiativesBuild knowledge of clients specific requirements and industry practicesTasks:Expertise in applying diverse accounting principles and navigating complex fund structures, including preparation of detailed and accurate financial statements and other required reports.\u00a0Process capital calls, distributions, and investor notices\u00a0Perform bookkeeping for complex transaction and prepare periodic financial reports for more complex clientsDocument detailed procedures for complex accounting processesIdentify and report potential operational risks to managerConduct self-reviews to maintain quality standardsParticipate in required training programs, knowledge sharing, team training initiatives and process improvement initiativesTrack work progress through timesheet completionPerform other related duties as assigned for role and business needsQualificationsEducational Background:\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or a related field or ACCA Level 2 or ACAProfessional Experience:\u2022\u00a0At least 4 years of experienceSkills and Key Behaviours:In addition to upholding our Group Values (Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative), the role holder will be\u00a0expected to demonstrate the following:\u2022 Expertise in preparing complex financial statements\u2022 Proficient in applying accounting standards and policies with minimal supervision\u2022 Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a particular focus on Excel skills\u2022 Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables\u2022 Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a full spectrum of complexity levels\u2022 Effective communication and documentation skills to articulate processes and operational risks\u00a0clearly\u2022 Proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision\u2022 Collaborative team player, open to knowledge sharing and supporting training initiatives\u2022 Adaptable and open to learning client-specific requirements and industry best practices\u2022 High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining quality standard\u00a0<\/p>\n
