This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for trust structures, taxtreatments, and technical requirements while delivering training and guidance on complex matters.Core Responsibilities:\u2022 Provide technical leadership in private wealth services\u2022 Drive technical excellence and standards\u2022 Provide expertise to help develop technical training materials with Global Technical Training Team\u2022 Monitor regulatory and industry changes\u2022 Resolve complex technical matters\u2022 Guide implementation of best practices\u2022 Champion quality control processesTasks:\u2022 Review complex technical deliverables\u2022 Provide technical guidance and training\u2022 Monitor changes in accounting standards\u2022 Develop technical procedures\u2022 Resolve complex accounting queries\u2022 Lead technical implementations\u2022 Review complex client structures\u2022 Guide regulatory compliance matters\u2022 Monitor team’s quality KPI and provide recommendations to Manager\u2022 Develop technical documentation\u2022 Address escalated technical issues\u2022 Support team members on their technical questions, as needed\u2022 Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needsQualificationsEducational Background:\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or a related field & ACCA Qualified or ACA would be anadvantageProfessional Experience:\u2022 6+ years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in private wealth or trust administrationSkills and Key Behaviours:In addition to upholding our Group Values (Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative), the role holder will beexpected to demonstrate the following:\u2022 In-depth expertise in trust structures, tax treatments, and regulatory frameworks\u2022 Ability to design and implement technical procedures and training\u2022 Strong proficiency in accounting systems and compliance monitoring\u2022 Excellent technical and analytical abilities\u2022 Clear and concise communication skills for training and guiding teams\u2022 Capacity to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism\u2022 Committed to maintaining technical excellence and standards\u2022 Collaborative mindset with a focus on team and organizational success\u2022 Adaptable to regulatory and industry changes\u00a0<\/p>\n
