\n Main Responsibilities:Take part in training and implement accordinglyConduct adequate and satisfactory on-the-job trainingKeep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his\/her areaEnsure that discipline prevails within the team and communicate any disciplinary issues to superior \/ HR managerPlay an active role in the team and ensure smooth and satisfactory hand-over between shiftsAssist in the building of an efficient team by taking interest in their welfare, safety and developmentSupervision of the cleaning and carry out routine inspections in all rooms and pubic areasCoordinate & supervise activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guestsEstablish and maintain effective employee relationsEnsure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all timesHandle and monitoring of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action requiredInform Team Members on VIPs and specific requestsAssist his superior in ensuring a proper manning during the shiftMonitor adequate usage of cleaning products (Quantity\/Quality)Ensure that all mini bar are correctly replenishVerify requisition of supplies, control sheetEnsure that items are correctly input on the systemEnsure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management SystemEnsure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policiesEstablish all quality procedures in collaboration with the quality manager and ensure the follow-upSupervise grooming, hygiene and cleanliness of uniforms within the Housekeeping DepartmentEnsure that the cleaning schedule is adhered to and cleanliness of designated areasEnsure that all repairs are reported to maintenance department and follow up is carried outMonitor departmental stores and replenish as and when requiredMonitor the minibar is replenished as and when necessaryComply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business unitsNotify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society\u00a0Candidate’s Profile:HSC level or equivalent \/ SC level with professional training and experienceAt least 3 years work-related experience in Housekeeping operations with at least 1 year in a similar positionFluent in English and French, a third language would be an advantage<\/p>\n
