\n MAIN RESPONSIBILITES\u2022 Knowledge of company history, products, and services\u2022 Masters\u2019 Tour operator specificities, client profile and market trends.\u2022 Ensures all clients receive their arrival and departure messages as per procedures.\u2022 Organizes information meetings.\u2022 Check and follow up of tickets with airlines.\u2022 Assists clients for all required modifications and requests during their stay.\u2022 Delivers assistance and ensures follow up as per instructions and requirements.\u2022 Accompanies visitors on local tours and guide them within a specific region, area, city or site.\u2022 Provide special information on history, archaeology, monuments etc..\u2022 Lead tour groups, advise tour members of local interest points; prepare and present tour commentaries.\u2022 Coordinate pre-arranged tour activities such as visits to local attractions, restaurants or shops, rides, cruises, and extended tours.\u2022 Ensure sales of services as per the company\u2019s procedures and targets.\u2022 Explain and propose the different products and services of\u00a0 the company.\u2022 Ensure the receipt of payment for services provided.\u2022 Make reservation with Tours Reservation according to procedures.SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS\u2022 HSC holder\u2022 Certificate in sales or equivalent\u2022 At least two years’ experience in the tourism sector\u2022 Fluent in Russian is compulsory \u2013 (Both written and spoken)\u2022 Fluent in French and English\u2022 Customer Relations Skills\u2022 Planning and Selling Skills\u2022 Problem Solving Skills\u2022 Broad Knowledge of airlines services\u2022 Good Knowledge of local geography\u2022 Adaptability and flexibility to last minute change\u2022 Willing to work odd hours (shift system) and during Weekends and Public Holidays.<\/p>\n
