As a Service coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling administrative tasks, and managing the daily planning of our Operators through excellent customer service and product knowledge.X

\n He\/She will have the following responsibilities:\u2713 Draw up and send quotations, pro-forma invoices, contracts, renewal letters and follow up of same.\u2713 Update control sheets with new contracts, renewal, treatment report form, job sheets and planning of job teams.\u2713 Liaise with Operators team and manage planning to ensure timely service.\u2713 Contact customers and arrange appointments and or rescheduling to ensure timely service to customers.\u2713 Update and prepare times sheets of PCO, bonus allowance and submit to HR department.\u2713 Maintain client database.\u2713 Liaise with Finance Department for delivery of consumables to PCO \/ billing etc.\u2713 Maintain sales records and prepare sales report upon request.\u2713 Provide secretarial support to the departmental Manager.\u2713 Debtor management.\u2713 GPS monitoring.\u00a0QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS- Higher School Certificate holder or equivalent.- At least 2 years of working experience in sales\/back office\/Pest control.- Be customer-oriented, proactive, dynamic, result oriented and good organization skills.- Fluent in English and French (oral and written).- Ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.- I.T proficient (knowledge of SAGE or any ERP would be an advantage).<\/p>\n
