\n Job Description:Work with customers and partners to identify and resolve issues.Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues.Targeted monitoring \u2013 Proactive Mail.Respond to inquiries via phone (Aircall), email, and ticket management tool (Salesforce).Install and configure hardware and software.Communicate with customers to quickly identify the root cause of their problem.Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.Guide customers through a series of steps to resolve issues.Follow up with customers and partners to ensure issue resolution.Support the roll-out of new applications.Provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and verbal.Document procedures and draft relevant reports.Qualifications:Diploma\/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Skills & Competencies:Fluent in spoken and written English and French\u00a0(essential for handling both phone and written communications).Strong\u00a0teamwork and collaboration skills\u00a0to work efficiently within a support environment.Strict adherence to troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation protocols\u00a0to maintain service consistency and quality.Good understanding of\u00a0computer systems and networks.Compulsory knowledge of\u00a0computer networking.Basic knowledge of\u00a0SQL\u00a0Query.Ability to interpret and troubleshoot simple\u00a0Bash, PowerShell, and JavaScript scripts.Familiarity with\u00a0remote desktop applications and help desk software.Strong\u00a0problem-solving and communication skills.working hours:roster 24\/7 ( a well planned roster respecting the work life balance)WE OFFER YOU:A dynamic and caring work environment\u00a0A very motivating overall salary that values your knowledge and skills.A Private pension SchemeA Personal Accident Insurance as well death on gratuity insurance.<\/p>\n
