\n Duties and Responsibilities of a Trainee ManagerLearning & DevelopmentUndergo structured training to understand company policies, procedures, and operations.Learn departmental functions and management practices under supervision.Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings as required.Operational SupportAssist managers in day-to-day operational activities.Support planning, organizing, and monitoring of work processes.Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.Team CoordinationWork closely with team members to understand workflow and performance standards.Assist in supervising staff when delegated by the Manager.Promote teamwork and effective communication within the department.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare reports, presentations, and summaries as assigned.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Report progress, challenges, and observations to the reporting manager.Policy & ComplianceComply with company rules, code of conduct, and health & safety regulations.Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information.Follow instructions and guidelines provided by management.Customer & Stakeholder SupportAssist in handling customer or client inquiries and issues professionally.Support service quality and customer satisfaction initiatives.Problem-Solving & ImprovementIdentify operational issues and suggest improvements.Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.Learn to handle basic problem-solving under supervision.Performance & ConductDemonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.Accept feedback constructively and implement improvements.Meet training objectives and performance standards set during the traineeship period.Other DutiesPerform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management in line with the role.<\/p>\n
