\n Works on preparation of monthly payroll.Prepares monthly and quarterly HR reports as required by Management.Updates and analyses monthly HR dashboard (headcount, overtime, absenteeism, productivity, salaries.Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are strictly followed by all the team members.Maintains HR files and team members personal records and files (soft and hard copy) up-to-date: contract, copies of identity card, driving licenses, bank account number, change in conditions, promotion letters, disciplinary letters, training certificates.ensures that team members information is up to date on all Human Resources Information System (SICORAX and\/or any other systems.Requirements:effective organisational skills.the ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.teamworking and interpersonal skills.diplomacy and the ability to deal with situations that are stressful to others.meticulous attention to detail.numeracyexcellent communication skills.<\/p>\n
