\n Duties and Responsibilities:Seats guests according to even distribution of workload for station staff.Cleans and resets tables as soon as guests leave if required.\u00a0\u00a0Provides courteous service to guests and responds promptly to guests\u2019 inquiries, complaints or requests.Attends briefings, meetings, and training sessions as required.Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and well-organized.Update guest logs and reservation systems.Inform service staff of special guest needs or VIP status.Ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.Maintain accurate reservation records.Monitor table availability and waiting times.Qualifications and Experience:High School Certificate.Computer Literate.1-2 years of experience as Hostess in the hotel sector.Additional Requirements:Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.Candidate should be presentable in appearance and possess a professional attitude.Candidate should have a basic knowledge of reservation systems.Candidate should have the willingness to learn and adapt.<\/p>\n
