\n Key Responsibilities:Exceed individual and team monthly & yearly sales targetIdentify and pursue new sales leadsEnsure retention of existing clientsAssess clients\u2019 insurance needs and recommend appropriate policiesExplain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and accuratelyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients whilst providing ongoing supportMonitor industry trends and market activities to identify new areas for growth.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences as needed.Prepare and submit accurate reports and sales recordsJob Requirements:Minimum HSCProven experience in sales; insurance sales experience is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and present insurance products confidentlySelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindset<\/p>\n
