\n Duties & Responsibilities:Process data on internal systems and customers\u2019 portal.Send Order Monitoring Sheet to origin agents.Follow up for booking upon approval from clients.Check documents and liaise with concerned agents for any anomaly or missing documents.Proceed with creation of booking.Monitor and update tracking dates.Create and validate shipment as per Pre-Alert received.Follow and upload related documents to Purchase Orders and Dossiers on systems.Creation of Dossier and send related documents to customers.Pre-Invoicing, provision of cost on Import Dossiers and send related documents to customers.Liaise and follow up with Operations department for any inconsistency \/ delay impacting on daily tasks.Check cost provision to book supplier invoices into Payment Vouchers.\u00a0Monitor data capture through reports and systems to ensure data integrity.Assist with any departmental tasks which may arise on an ad hoc basis.\u00a0Qualification & Competencies:School Certificate with mathematics.Strong personality with excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and French.Team player, dynamic and with a \u2018Can Do\u2019 attitude.Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.Ready to work on shift system.Should be ready to work odd hours and during week ends\/public holidays.<\/p>\n
