\n Leal Communications & Informatics Ltd is currently looking for an Office Attendant \/ Driver who\u00a0 will be mainly responsible to ensure a smooth and efficient despatching, banking deposit and other cleaning activities.\u00a0Main Duties:Responsible to ensure that all ongoing and outgoing dispatch are properly distributed.Responsible to ensure that all courier and registered letter are being timely processed and despatched within the shortest delay.Responsible to courteously communicate with external party when distributing and collecting any despatch in view to promote the company’s image.Responsible to liaise with the Accounting department staff on a daily basis for lodgement of daily receipts and ensure that all supporting documents are handed over to the Accounting staff after banking deposit for control purposes.Responsible to collect lunch for Directors upon request of the Administrative Secretary.Responsible for the daily and weekly cleaning of the offices as per assigned by the Head of Department.Responsible to drive safely and cautiously and adhered to requirements of the Road Traffic Act.Any other duties as may be assigned by the Store Manager and\/or Administrative Secretary.Qualifications & Competencies Required:SC or or any equivalent qualification1 -2 years’ experience in a similar roleValid private car driving licenseGood interpersonal & communication skillsOrganization and planning skillsFluent in French & English (spoken & written)High sense of commitment<\/p>\n
