\n ANALYST –\u00a0GLOBAL ACCOUNTING\u00a0\u00a0Job Purpose\/Summary\u00a0As an Accounting Analyst, you will handle Accounts Payable by accurately recording supplier invoices in line with accounting and tax standards. You will also manage Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing and payment tracking. In addition, you will perform general accounting duties such as managing fixed assets, reconciling bank accounts, processing employee expenses, preparing tax declarations,\u00a0monitoring\u00a0suspense accounts, and analyzing trial balances.\u00a0Come shape what matters with us by ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and compliance that support sound business decisions.\u00a0Role and Responsibilities\u00a0Accurately record supplier invoices in compliance with accounting and tax requirements.\u00a0Reconcile and review supplier accounts regularly.\u00a0Record customer invoices and track payments.\u00a0Manage fixed assets, including accounting entries, asset records, disposals, and depreciation.\u00a0Record bank transactions and perform daily bank reconciliations.\u00a0Process employee expense reports.\u00a0Prepare monthly and quarterly VAT and other tax filings.\u00a0Monitor suspense accounts.\u00a0Generate and analyze trial balances.\u00a0Adhere to all Risk & Compliance procedures in line with company and the client’s expectations.\u202f\u202f\u00a0Adhere to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Data ProtectionAct.\u202f\u00a0Understand and\u00a0monitor\u00a0Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and project reporting requirements.\u00a0Job Requirements\u00a0Qualifications and Experience\u00a0Higher School Certificate\u00a0with\u00a00-1\u00a0year\u00a0of experience.\u00a0\u00a0Skills and Competencies\u00a0Technical skills:\u00a0Good knowledge\u00a0of\u00a0accounting\u00a0principles and accounting standards\u00a0Proficient in Microsoft Office\u00a0(Excel)\u00a0and general information systems.\u00a0Basic knowledge of\u00a0Invoice processing and management\u00a0Behavioral skills:\u00a0Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).\u00a0Detail-oriented,\u00a0accurate, organized, and able to meet deadlines.\u00a0Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.\u00a0Others:\u00a0Ability to work\u00a0additional\u00a0hours if\u00a0required<\/p>\n
