The Assistant Storekeeper is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration and process implementation to achieve defined agreed service levels, budget, and stock accuracy of relevant
\nbranded products.

\n RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\u25aa Monitor & update receipt calendar with the receiving officer & procurement team.\u25aa Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational exigencies.\u25aaReview and prepare workflow, manning, equipment layout, overtime\/extra duty and action plans while ensuring productivity and quality standards are achieved.\u25aa Work to satisfy internal and external clients, and deal with customer complaints at counter level as and when necessary.\u25aa Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled according to company policies and processes with the help of the warehouse team and Stock Controller team.\u25aa Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including labeling of all stock items.\u25aa Ensure that staff comply with health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment.\u25aa Enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.\u25aa Lead team to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.SKILLS\u25aa Computer skills\u25aa Communication skills\u25aa Teamwork\u25aa Sense of organization\u25aa Able to work under pressure and during odd hoursQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\u25aa Min 1 year of relevant work experience\u25aa Min HSC\u25aa Familiarity with the automotive\/dealership will be a strong advantage\u25aa Fluent in English & French\u25aa Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office\u25aa Knowledge of warehouse management practices\u25aa Holder a clean certificate of character\u25aa Holder of a valid driving license<\/p>\n
