The Costing Officer is responsible to plan, study and collect data to determine costs of business activities.

\n RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESCosting of imported vehicles and spare partsProcessing in INCADEA (accounting of suppliers\u2019 invoices, provision and freight forwarders)Assisting in end of month closure including stock recon of imported vehicle (Bond MRA vs INCADEA)Performing administrative work (import & clearing documentation, marine insurance, bank guarantee etc.)Liaise with both internal clients & external clients (suppliers\/MRA\/freight forwarders)SKILLSIT LiterateAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesOrganizational skillsAttention to detailsStrong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skillsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE2-3 years of relevant work experienceFamiliarity in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, project planning, management and implementation.Excellent written & oral skillsMinimum HSC and\/or other studies in Accounting<\/p>\n
