A Store Attendant is responsible for all receipt, storage, picking, delivery, stock discrepancy and stock integrity.

\n RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Picking\u25aa Ensure all pick list from printer is attended in an orderly manner.\u25aa Attend picking for insurance claim with pick list and invoice from procurement.\u25aa Gather parts from inventory locations as specified by pick list and ensure right product is being picked. \u25aa Ensure goods delivered are in good conditions and tally with the pick list.\u25aa Report immediately to the storekeeper and direct report line in case of loss or shortage, damage, deterioration or surplus. And document anomalies.\u25aa After picking ensure product is safely disposed in respective delivery bin and pick list is sent to be posted on system.\u25aa Verification, tagging and shelving of parts to be in line with stock integrity of Axess.\u25aa Prepare special-ordered merchandise.\u25aa Handle merchandize in warehouse in a safe and secure manner and use appropriate equipment.\u25aa Ensure that bumped\/damaged parts are segregated\/properly tagged.\u25aa Do delivery at counter only when requested.Reception\u25aa All reception must be done with a documented instruction Purchasing Order (PO) or Pimp.\u25aa Ensure supplier delivery note and packing list is signed upon reception.\u25aa For the reception of container ensure seal number of container coincide with number on delivery note and sign accordingly.\u25aa Upon reception, do inspection to ensure that parts are in good condition\/ right quantity\/ correct part number.\u25aa In cases of discrepancies in reception, alert Storekeeper and direct report line.\u25aa Unpack items, categorize and restock shelves appropriately.\u25aa Parts should be arranged in a safely manner, easily accessible, with parts number clearly visible and ensure to rotate stock as per first in- first out system (Space optimization).\u25aa In case of change in bin location, correct on pick list and inform storekeeper accordingly.\u25aa Sign on pick list, once picking is done and send to storekeeper.\u25aa Ensure that products returned are in good condition\/original packaging and all returns are approved by parts manager.\u25aa Assist the Storekeeper in controlling and checking of all products in and out of the store.\u25aa Unload and load products manually or by operating stacker and scissor lift in a safely manner.\u25aa Rotate stock and move other bulky and\/or heavy products in warehouse.5S\u25aa Ensure 5S culture is maintained within the warehouse and responsible for store optimization of space within the warehouse to accommodate incoming orders.\u25aa Ensure that a product has one location and one bin code.\u25aa Ensure proper racking and tagging in the warehouse.\u25aa Assist in inventory and execute reorders as per instructions.\u25aa Help team to look for the relevant missing products.\u25aa Keep the stock control systems up to date as soon as they are removed or placed in their relevant bin code.\u25aa Stocking fast moving items near the delivery bay and slow-moving items deep inside.\u25aa Assist in cycle count.\u25aa Maintain and manage the warehouse premises neat and clean.\u25aa Ensure housekeeping of the store daily.SKILLS \u25aa Communication\u25aa Attention to detail\u25aa Sense of organization\u25aa Teamwork\u25aa Time management\u25aa IntegrityQUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE \u25aa Minimum SC.\u25aa Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same job.<\/p>\n
