The Storekeeper is responsible for ensuring good reception, storage, and delivery of supplies and for ensuring the
\nhighest rate of stock integrity of the central warehouse.

\n RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES \u25aa Use the information system of the company INCADEA at its optimum to input and process transactions.\u25aa Ensure proper receipt and delivery of parts to internal branch locations as per established procedure.\u25aa Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity.\u25aa Ensure that customer signs on invoice as evidence of delivery done.\u25aa Planning the delivery route plan and shuttles.\u25aa Ensure that items are safely protected and loaded in the delivery vehicle.\u25aa Assist in the planning of overtime for employees.\u25aa Ensure that items being delivered tally with the picking\/branch order in quantity and description.\u25aa Verify and sign claim forms for shortage and broken items received upon delivery.\u25aa Assist in the inventory.SKILLS \u25aa Communication skills\u25aa Analytical and problem-solving skills \u25aa Teamwork skills\u25aa Sense of organization skills\u25aa Attention to details QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE \u25aa Min. qualification HSC and diploma in Warehouse management\u25aa A minimum of 4 years in similar position\u25aa Excellent spoken and written English and French\u25aa Computer literate and knowledge of DMS\/CRM software.\u25aa Experience in automobile sector (parts) will be an advantage<\/p>\n
