\n DUTIESPrepare, issue, and follow up on sales quotations in coordination with SalespersonReceive, review, and process purchase orders (POs) from clientsEnsure accuracy of pricing, product details, terms, and conditions on quotations and POsUpdate and maintain sales records, customer databases, and documentationAct as a point of contact for clients regarding quotations, order status, and basic inquiriesCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillmentSupport Salespersons with administrative tasks and customer follow-upsAssist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations when requiredEnsure compliance with company procedures and sales policiesMaintain proper filing of all sales-related documents.PROFILEStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesCustomer-oriented mindsetProficient in MS Office knowledge of ERP\/CRM systems is an advantage1\u20133 years of experience in a sales administration or sales support role (preferred)Experience in preparing quotations and handling purchase orders is a strong advantageProactive and reliableWell-organized and methodicalAble to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional and courteous when dealing with clients<\/p>\n
