\n Food Production\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares all pantry food items according to standard recipes or as otherwise specified by superior to ensure consistency of service to guests.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Executes special guest requests as required.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stores freshly produced products in accordance with quality and hygiene standards.\u00a0Storekeeping\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stores all food in refrigerated boxes with covers, labels and dates using the proper containers to protect against waste and spoilage.\u00a0Materials\/Equipment Handling & Inventory\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keeps all refrigeration, storage and working area(s) in clean condition, so as to comply with Health and Hygiene Regulations.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that all equipments in the kitchen are kept clean and in proper working order.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reports any equipment in need of repair to the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.\u00a0Stewarding Duties\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Performs general cleaning tasks using standard Hotel cleaning products as assigned by superior.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keeps floors dry and clean at all times to avoid slip\/fall accidents.<\/p>\n
