\n \u2022 Ensure proper mise en place of condiments, silverware, glassware and linen prior to service\u2022 Acknowledge guest by name and greet them with the Residence Salutation\u2022 Take\/serve food and beverage order and repeat order to guest for confirmation.\u2022 Promote menu products constantly and\u00a0 practice suggestive selling\u2022 Observe hygiene and safety measures while handling food and beverage items\u2022 Operate all the technical equipment which needs to be used as per manuals\/instructions\u2022 Make\u00a0 use the of the\u00a0 Micros cash system and present only printed bills in a clean bill folder\u2022 Clean tables or counters after guests have finished\u2022 Attend briefing before\u00a0 the outlet service period\u2022 Take over from the previous shift and obtain all relevant information at the start of the shift as regards pending orders, unpaid bills and guest special dietary requirements.\u2022 Ensure all canap\u00e9, birthday cakes, special food orders and beverages are\u00a0 per ordered as per the\u00a0 events of the day\u2022 Relay guest feedback to the shift leader \/supervisor or manager\u2022 Abide by procedures in the Food and Beverage Manual\u2022 Perform other duties as assigned by the head of department.<\/p>\n
