\n The role of the Trainee – Corporate Banking is to provide exceptional customer service to all Corporate Banking Customers and handle all their queries\/ requests or concerns ensuring service levels acceptable to the bank.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle customers\u2019 routine enquiries regarding the Bank\u2019s standard tariff, deposit interest rates and general exchange rate information.Deal with customers\u2019 general account queries, arrange inter account transfers and order statementsCo-ordinate set up, amendment and cancellation of regular payments instructionsDeal with inward and outward payments (including obtaining necessary customer authorities)Communicate with customer in a proper business language and corporate ethicsObtain and action customer requests for International Payment through Trade Finance Department and\/or other relevant centersPREREQUISITES:Minimum SC or any other equivalent qualifications\u00a0SKILLS:Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills.Clear written and verbal communication.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
