Tamassa Bel Ombre is looking for Accounts Assistant to assist in the daily Finance operations.

\n Responsibilities:Processes all received suppliers invoice, makes appropriate posting of invoices on creditors ledger and files all invoicesPrepares payment vouchers and cheques for creditors accompanied with cheque remittanceEnsures that all cheques and related documents are sent to the Head Office for approval of paymentsTakes responsibility for the settlement of all expenses of the unitTakes responsibility for the handling of creditors\u2019 queriesPrepares and updates the list of creditors with detailed invoices on a monthly basis for verification and approvalPerforms reconciliation of suppliers\u2019 statement of account with purchase ledgerPrepares and submit a list of all creditors to the Income Tax DepartmentQualifications:HSC with AccountingACCA Level 1 would be an advantagePrevious experience:Minimum of 1 year working experience in Hotel industry2 \u2013 4 years of working experience in Accounting environmentOther requirements:High levels of integrityProactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitudeWillingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidaysAbility to process several payments at a timeAbility to deal with suppliers\u2019 requestsA clean certificate of character is a must(Management reserves the right to call only best suitable candidates)<\/p>\n
