Preskil Island Resort is looking for a competent and detailed-oriented Assistant Accountant to maintain accurate accounting records through transaction posting and reconciliations. Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements and statutory filings (VAT, tax, etc.).

\n Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate accounting records: posting of transactions, ledger reconciliations.Assist in preparation of management reports and financial statements.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Assist with VAT, tax and other statutory filings.Work closely with other departments to ensure correct coding and timely approvals.Prepare audit schedules and follow up on audit queries.Maintain and update accounting systems.Qualifications & Experience:\u2022 Diploma in Accounting or Finance; part ACCA qualification is an advantage.\u2022 Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferred.\u2022 Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.\u2022 Strong MS Excel skills.\u2022 Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
