The Guest Driver \/ Porter will be responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

\n DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESChecks the daily arrival list for guests with special need.Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.Assists guests with luggage to the front desk.Escorts guests to room, placing luggage in room assigned by front desk.Assist guest with Long term luggage storage requests \/ Left luggage requests.Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.Assist with answering the telephone and taking messages, transferring calls or dealing with enquiries.Responsible for transporting guests to tourist areas, such as the beach or other destinations and provides information on the local area.Able to meet all the comfort requirements of the hotel guests and customer.Able to drive in a safe and efficient manner.Responsible to assist the guests in any travel or destination regarding issues by applying his\/ her knowledge of the local area.Able to keep a record of all the incidents while driving, for example, any accidents or tickets.Able to ensure safe and easy travel for the customers\/ guests to their destinations or to the hotel.Perform any other works as and when assigned by the management.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0PREREQUISITESPrevious experience in hospitality would be preferred and Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. Be a good team player and Flexibility to work a variety of early and late shifts. Able to stand for long hours.\u00a0QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCETwo to three years\u2019 experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including experience or training.Excellent driving skills. Valid driver’s license with the excellent driving record, No black points on license, the ideal candidate will be a well presented, young minded individual with an outgoing and friendly attitude.School CertificateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent holder of a valid certificate of characterPriorities will be given to vaccinated candidates.<\/p>\n
