\n Planning and organization of activities-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Plans, organizes and leads Kids Club sessions involving games and activities.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sets-up daily schedules for children.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Organizes for equipment, outings and meals for children left at the Kids Club.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Takes care and supervises children visiting the Kids Club.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Accompanies children in the pool or boat trips whenever required.-\u00a0 \u00a0 Follows all safety and sanitation policies.\u00a0Canvassing and sales-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promotes Kids Club with guests.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is in charge of canvassing and encouraging guests to leave their children at the Kids Club.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participates in activities with children at the Kids Club and within hotel premises.-\u00a0 \u00a0 Sells additional services\/activities provided at the hotel for children to guests.\u00a0Administration and management of Kids Club-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is responsible of the Kids Club.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that all areas are clean and well maintained.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that the daily log book is filled in with appropriate information as per standards and instructions.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and adhered to.-\u00a0 \u00a0 Maintains stock of items required for kids.\u00a0SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY \u00a0The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job.\u00a0–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.\u00a0–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to plan ahead and prepare for activities according to the activity calendar.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to create new and exciting activities to drive enthusiasm to all guests in the resort.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.\u00a0EDUCATION \u00a0School Certificate.\u00a0EXPERIENCEAt least 2 years\u2019 experience \u00a0<\/p>\n
