The role involves coordinating with customs, freight agents, and internal teams for smooth clearance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and knowledgeable in freight and customs procedures.Main Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goodsPrepare daily customs clearance schedules and follow up on progressLiaise with government agencies and relevant authorities for import and export proceduresAccurately prepare import and export Bills of EntryProcess invoices and perform file closure in line with internal proceduresAssist with customs verifications and inspections as requiredRespond promptly to customer queries and handle complaints professionallyPerform outdoor tasks related to customs clearance and documentation when necessary\u00a0Qualifications, Competencies & SkillsHigher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantageUnderstanding of customs clearance procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics\/customs softwareStrong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills\u00a0The Management reserves the right not to appoint anyone following this advert.<\/p>\n
