\n What You\u2019ll Do\u2022 Ensure full compliance with the Workers\u2019 Rights Act and all HR\u2011related legislation. \u2022 Lead and maintain fair, transparent, and structured job evaluation systems. \u2022 Redesign and optimise HR and organisational processes to improve efficiency. \u2022 Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on complex HR matters. \u2022 Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and frameworks.\u00a0\u00a0What We\u2019re Looking For\u2022 Minimum 7 years\u2019 experience at middle\u2011management level in HR. \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (mandatory). \u2022 Strong mastery of Mauritian labour laws and statutory requirements. \u2022 Proven experience with job evaluation methodologies. \u2022 Skills in change management and business process reengineering. \u2022 Strong communication, analytical, and problem\u2011solving skills. \u2022 Ability to engage, advise, and influence stakeholders across all levels.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
