\n Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary DutiesKeep work areas clean, neat, and well-organized.Assist the Storekeeper in checking available space and clearing areas before container arrivals.Arrange and confirm forklift availability prior to loading\/unloading activities.Support the Storekeeper in receiving stock and verifying documentation.Follow up on stock updates once discrepancies are reported.Maintain proper records and photos in the non-conform database for root cause analysis.Process store-to-van and van-to-store transfers.Assist in verifying orders with relevant documents.Communicate loading bay assignments to the team according to distribution planning.Ensure pallets are transferred to the correct loading bays.Regularly re-order para-pharmaceutical products (minimum twice a month).Perform checks to identify any non-compliance with store procedures.Follow up on non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are completed on time.Assist with daily cycle counts, periodic counts, and inventory management.Process picking releases, shipping of orders, and advise in the absence of the store clerk.Provide excellent customer service to clients collecting orders at Grays Pharmacy.Secondary ResponsibilitiesBack up co-workers when necessary.Perform regular checks of fire extinguishers.Advise on potential risks and gains for Grays.Be prepared to work odd hours and Saturdays.<\/p>\n
