\n The main responbilities of the Senior Credit Controller shall be:Collection & Portfolio Management:\u00a0Proactively manage a large, assigned client portfolio , ensuring debt collection targets and KPIs are met.Credit Risk Assessment:\u00a0Evaluate creditworthiness of new customers and review existing customer credit limits periodically \u00a0to minimize exposure.Dispute Resolution:\u00a0Identify, handle, and resolve complex payment disputes and queries in collaboration with sales and customer service teams.Account Maintenance:\u00a0Ensure accurate and up-to-date Customer Account Statements (SOA) and reconciliation, including the allocation of bank receipts.Reporting:\u00a0Prepare daily cash collection reports, monthly aging reports, and cash flow forecasts for management.Policy Compliance:\u00a0Ensure strict adherence to company credit policies and legal regulations.Leadership\/Mentorship:\u00a0Provide guidance, support, and training to junior credit control officers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
