Reporting to: Senior AC Technician and Maintenance Supervisor <\/p>\n
Job objective: Attend all issues related to the AC units within the various buildings in Port Louis and other locations

\n Experience: candidates must have\u2022\tGood communication and interpersonal skills \u2022\tCommitment to teamwork and driven by results \u2022\tAbility work independently and in team\u2022\tStrong knowledge in A\/C repairs and maintenance, able to uninstall and install AC units\u2022\tAble to lift heavy equipment and work in both indoors and outdoors conditions\u2022\tMinimum 1 year experience in similar fieldDuties: Troubleshooting and repairs of the various AC UnitsAssist the Senior AC Technician to perform regular preventive maintenance including routine inspections, cleaning and maintenance to prevent equipment failureAssist the Senior AC Technician to uninstall old units and install new AC units\/system as and when neededMaintain accurate and detailed logs of maintenance, repairs and other works conducted on the AC Units as well as the spare parts purchased and utilisedEnsure compliance with health and safety standards (OSHA) during repairs and maintenanceAs and when needed, explain to clients\/tenants the proper way to utilise AC Units for longer usePerform any other cognate duties assignedQualifications or experience requirements: MIDT NC 3 in REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING or relevant experience in the field.Note: This job may require working outside working hours including late nights and Sundays as and when required.<\/p>\n
