Manage guest reservations, seating, and satisfaction while supervising dining staff and maintaining restaurant operations, supplies, and financial records. Assist with upselling, equipment care, and other tasks as assigned.

\n Job Description\u2022 Receive and record guests’ reservations and assign tables.\u2022 Greet guests at entrance of dining room, restaurant, or lounge and escort them to tables or otherseating areas.\u2022 Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and attend to complaints.\u2022 Order necessary dining room supplies and equipment.\u2022 Inspect dining and serving areas and equipment.\u2022 Supervise and co-ordinate activities of food and beverage servers and other serving staff.\u2022 Accept payment from guests for food and beverage.\u2022 Maintain financial statements and records.\u2022 Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.\u2022 Take in care of all the furniture and decorations of the restaurants.\u2022 Up selling of any special events.\u00a0\u00a0Qualifications\u00a0Qualification:\u2022 Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field is aplus.Experience:\u2022 A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel industry on a similar position including training.\u2022 Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts is a plus.\u2022 Experience working in remote island locations is a plus.Technical skills:\u2022 Multitasking skills.\u2022 Good organizational skills.\u2022 Restaurant experience is a plus.\u2022 Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.\u2022 Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.\u2022 Ability to effectively communicate.\u2022 Fluency in English or another language, written and verbal communication.\u2022 Knowledge of a second language is a plus.\u00a0<\/p>\n
