\n ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER Summary of Role As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work closely with other engineers to create\/integrated software solutions which enable more consistent deliverables, increased output and\/or productivity. These state-of-the-art systems are focused on productivity, reduce process variation, reducing throughput time, or streamline complex workflows. He\/she must be at ease working in team. Roles and Responsibilities \u2022\tDevelop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions. \u2022\tActively engage in learning opportunities to acquire new programming skills and understand software development methodologies. \u2022\tParticipate in the design and development of software applications, writing and debugging code, and implementing new features. \u2022\tWork closely with other team members, including senior engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to contribute to the overall project and ensure alignment with project goals. \u2022\tAssist in designing, developing, and testing RPA bots using tools such as Power Automate & Provide basic maintenance and support for existing automation bots.\u2022\tAdhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure the development of high quality, maintainable, and scalable software. \u2022\tTest software development methodology in an agile environment. \u2022\tProvide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms. \u2022\tWork alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. \u2022\tKeep up to date with the latest technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies relevant to the organization’s tech stack. \u2022\tReport to the project lead for any issues\/risks related to the project assigned. \u2022\tCollaborate cross-functionally with process owners, business users, project managers and other stakeholders to achieve elegant solutions. \u2022\tAdhere to GDPR and Data Protection Act. \u2022\tEnsure project reports and SLA& KPI reports are updated. \u2022\tEscalate issues to reporting line as and when required. \u2022\tDeliver ad hoc tasks related to the process. Qualification and Requirement: BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field 0-1\tYears of experience in the IT field required Skills \u2022\tSolid knowledge of at least one major programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript or others relevant to the employer’s technology stack\u2022\tExcellent knowledge of database technologies and SQL\u2022\tAbility to write test cases and use debugging tools to ensure the development of reliable and bug-free software\/solutions \u2022\tKnowledge of test-driven development\u2022\tProficiency in software engineering tools\u2022\tAbility to document requirements and specifications\u2022\tDrives continuous improvement and efficiency beyond own scope of responsibility\u2022\tAble to bring new ideas throughout project implementation\u2022\tAbility to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects simultaneously\u2022\tPrecision and careful attention to detail in coding, reviewing code, and documentation\u2022\tGood communication skills both verbal and written (English)\u2022\tDemonstrate accountability for results\u2022\tGood customer service skills\u2022\tAbility to work and interact within a team and with customers\u2022\tGood Analytical skills\u2022\tGood Problem-Solving Skills\u2022\tEnsure timeliness and completion of assignments\u2022\tGood interpersonal and organizational skills<\/p>\n
