\n Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly skilled Senior NOC Engineer to take ownership of critical incident management, drive operational excellence, and mentor our NOC team. If you love solving complex problems, improving processes, and being the go\u2011to technical expert, this role is for you.What You\u2019ll DoLead Incident Management: Run Post\u2011Incident Reviews, drive root\u2011cause analysis, and ensure quick, accurate resolution of critical digital and retail incidents.Elevate Operations: Own and improve NOC procedures, runbooks, monitoring standards, and escalation processes.Technical Expertise: Monitor digital platforms, networks, and retail environments using tools like New Relic, Meraki, SolarWinds, and OpsGenie.
