\n The HR & Training coordinator will be responsible for the followingPreparation of TNA based on which a Training Calendar will be set for the year.Ensure that the training costs are within Training Budget.Meetings with Training providers regarding training needs for all department.Organise set up for trainings to be delivered, provide training materials to participants and Trainer.Monitor all training delivered through feedback forms.Preparation of Training Report at end of the year.Liaise with Finance department for follow up on payments of trainings.Follow up with HRDC for all G1 Form sent for, acknowledgement receipt, any clarification requested; send G3 form within deadline for refund.Liaise with Training Institutions for Certificates and receipt of payment.Liaising with MQA for all administrative documents.Conduct Induction for new recruits.Responsible for all apprentices of MITD, and Internship requests, follow up on attendance of apprentices.Assist with day to day operations of HR FunctionsAct as Support to HR team in assisting in other HR Related.\u00a0<\/p>\n
