\n Main Responsibilities1. Academic Leadership Lead the design and coordination of a high-level English curriculum, ensuring coherent teaching and assessment practices aligned with the French national curriculum, the CEFR, and the standards of the British International Section.2.\u00a0Team Coordination & LeadershipProvide strong departmental leadership by chairing meetings, mentoring new teachers, fostering innovative teaching practices, and participate in the recruitment process.3. Student MonitoringMonitor and analyse academic performance, implement targeted action plans, and promote inclusive practices through effective differentiated instruction and support for students with special educational needs.4. Development & ProjectsDrive the development of English-language cultural initiatives, strengthen local and international partnerships, oversee external examinations, and enhance the school\u2019s visibility and outreach.5.
