The Data and Operations Analyst for brokerage activities supports critical customs clearance workflows by ensuring timely and accurate input of declaration data. Working directly with licensed customs brokers and client-facing teams, you will play a key role in enabling compliant cross-border operations through precise and efficient data handling. This position is based in the heart of Moka, at the center of a dynamic and growing business hub.\u00a0What you\u2019ll do:\u25cf Enter customs declaration data into brokerage platforms\u25cf Process and validate HS codes, values, quantities, countries of origin, and document references \u25cf Interpret shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and airway bills\u25cf Flag inconsistencies in product descriptions, HS classifications, or client-specific clearance instructions\u25cf Support customs brokers in pre-filing and post-filing activities\u25cf Maintain updated knowledge of country-specific customs documentation requirements\u25cf Track entry submission timelines and provide input into performance metrics\u25cf Maintain digital records for audit purposes and ensure traceability of actions\u25cf Communicate proactively with clients and brokers for issue resolution.\u00a0You\u2019ll join a supportive, international team that values precision and consistency and where colleagues genuinely help each other succeed with kindness and respect. You\u2019ll also benefit from smart digital tools (including AI assistants) that make recurring tasks smoother and more efficient.\u00a0Who you are:\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, International Trade, IT, or another relevant discipline\u25cf Familiarity with key customs concepts such as HS codes, Incoterms, and valuation methods preferred\u25cf Prior experience in a relevant discipline is considered an advantage.\u25cf A reliable professional who works with care and consideration for others\u25cf Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility\u25cf Capable of navigating and adapting to a range of IT systems and digital platforms (ERP Systems,..)\u25cf Proficient in Excel\u25cf Strong attention to regulatory compliance and document accuracy\u25cf Comfortable working in high-volume and deadline-driven environments\u25cf English fluency is required; French or German preferred for EU-focused clients\u00a0Don\u2019t let missing qualifications stop you!
