Under the supervision of the Customer Sales Manager, the Service Associate \u2013 Customer Sales Agent provides the highest level of service to promote customer satisfaction and retention while optimizing booking opportunities in accordance with Shangri-La procedures.

\n As a Service Associate- Customer Sales Agent,\u00a0 we rely on you to:\u2022Have good knowledge about the room product and to effectively differentiate room types to match the right product with specific guest needs.\u2022Be fully conversant with the hotel\u2019s rate structure particularly on public rate offers and to highlight the \u2018unique perceived value(s)\u2019 of an offer during the selling process.\u2022Demonstrate good understanding of the facilities and services offered by the hotel and take every opportunity to promote these to bookers.\u2022Be prompt and proficient in handling and processing all reservations from the various distribution channels and avoid incurring any backlog.\u00a0Qualifications, skills and experience:\u2022Higher School Certificate+ Diploma in Management , Finance\u00a0\u2022At least 2 years experience in Reservation, Revenue Management or Front Office (call-center\/hotel experience would be an advantage).\u2022Computer literate.\u2022Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).\u2022Good customer care and selling skills.<\/p>\n
