\n Food Production\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares food for special orders, buffet presentation,\u00a0 and other one off duties when required.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares all food items according to standard recipe and\/or as specified to ensure consistency of products presented.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepares daily requisitions for supplies and food items.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ascertains cost effective use and minimum wastage of resources in assigned section(s).\u00a0Stewarding Duties\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cleans and carries out inventory of walk-in and reach-in boxes on a daily basis.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Performs general cleaning tasks, using standard Hotel cleaning products as assigned by superior.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keeps all refrigeration, equipment and storage and working areas in clean, working condition in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keeps floor dry and clean to avoid slip\/fall accidents.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Move supplies and equipments when required.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reports any equipment in need of repair to superiors.<\/p>\n
