Reporting to the Debtors Team Leader \/ Head of Debtors, the selected candidate will support the Finance Department while gaining practical exposure to credit control, invoicing, debtor reconciliations, and financial administration processes within a structured corporate environment.

\n What you will be doing:Assist in preparing and issuing invoices to clients.Update debtor records accurately in the accounting system.Support allocation of payments received.Assist in following up on outstanding balances via email or telephone.Maintain proper records of client communications regarding payments.Escalate unresolved or overdue accounts to the Supervisor when required.Support debtor account reconciliations.Assist in preparing debtor ageing reports.Identify discrepancies and report findings for review.Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.Ensure documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.Handle financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.\u00a0What are we looking for?Minimum HSC Level.Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Strong organisational skills and willingness to learn.Professional attitude and good communication skills.\u00a0Location: C-Care Corporate Office, Moka, MauritiusManagement reserves the right to call only the best candidates for an interview.
