\n We are looking for a Learning Advisor\/Customer Advisor (German) to join the Learning Consultant team based in Mauritius. Someone with strong oral and written communication skills, native or fluent in German and with an advanced level of English. This position is one of the most strategic at goFLUENT: in direct contact with our learners, they help them to have the best possible experience while learning with us and raise precious feedback to our trainers and to our Product and Service teams.At goFLUENT, the Customer Service is unique. We are always ready to help our learners with empathy. We do our best to deliver every day the best experience!Your missions will be:
\nBecome an expert and maintain a full understanding of our products and services. Explain it to our new learners who are starting a goFLUENT Training
\nOffer the learner the best journey possible, by understanding the expectations and being efficient in giving the solutions to concerns the learner might face
\nReply to our learners requests on several communication channels (phone, email, chat…)
\nEnsure a smooth and efficient communication with internal teams
\nBe proactive in order to optimize our internal procedures, improve the quality of our responses and raise learners feedback
\nYou’ll love this job if you:
\nAre outstanding at communicating, both orally and written in German
\nHave a previous successful experience in customer support
\nAre very empathic and able to solve complex conversations in order to give a smile to customers
\nAre an organized, responsive, sincere and autonomous person
