\n Administrative Duties\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keeps aware of all organizational charts within The LUX* Collective.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maximises operational knowledge of other areas within the Spa and being capable of supporting on reception when required.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that treatment room displays are replenished and correctly displayed.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Informs the Spa Manager of any medical conditions or behaviour of guests that is unusual or causes concern.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Undertakes any other relevant duties as requested by superiors.Budget Preparation and Cost Control\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understands the concept of \u201cCost of Sale\u201d and contributes to ensuring that it is kept to a minimum whilst maintaining five star standards.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Achieves retail and therapy sales targets through recommendations.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keeps an awareness of professional stock levels and communicates to the Lead Therapist as\/when purchase orders need to be made.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maximises every sales opportunity to achieve sales target.Internal\/External Communication\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attends Spa meetings as requiredServes as a catalyst to other Departments within the Hotel and The LUX* Collective to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the Spa and its benefits to guests.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Liaises closely with the Lead Spa Therapist and Lead Spa Coordinator.\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Acts as an Ambassador for The LUX* Collective Spa.\u00a0QUALIFICATIONSRecognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy.\u00a0EXPERIENCEWorking experience as a Therapist and Trainer in a Hotel Spa Environment (Minimum 2 years)<\/p>\n
