\n Duties & responsibilities:1. Financial Control SupportAssist in the implementation and monitoring of financial control processes.Assist in physical inventories across Medine BU\u2019s.Support Finance Specialist – Controls and help ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.2. Reporting and DocumentationHelp prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for review.Maintain and update financial records and databases, ensuring they reflect current transactions and balances.3. Process ImprovementIdentify and suggest improvements to internal processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with Finance Specialist – Controls to implement best practices in financial control procedures.Support the automation and streamlining of financial control functions, where applicable.4. Data Analysis & ReconciliationAssist with the analysis of financial data to identify discrepancies, trends and opportunities for cost savings.Collaborate with different departments to clarify financial data and resolve any issues.5. Compliance and Risk ManagementMonitor financial transactions and flag any irregularities or potential risks.Assist in the identification and mitigation of financial risks by adhering to company policies and controls.\u00a06. Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with other teams (e.g, accounting, procurement, operations) to ensure smooth coordination of financial processes.Assist in the preparation of presentations for meetings.Communicate findings and issues to Finance Specialists – Controls in a clear and concise manner.\u00a0CANDIDATE\u2019S PROFILEQualifications Required: Higher School Certificate\u00a0or Equivalent\u00a0Key competences (Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Behaviours):Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.\u00a0Knowledge of related computer applications.\u00a0\u00a0Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.\u00a0Good planning and organizing skills.\u00a0Able to work under pressure.\u00a0Attention to details, and ability\u00a0to be\u00a0multi-task in the finance department.\u00a0Cooperative and willing to\u00a0assist\u00a0others.\u00a0\u00a0Good communication\u00a0and coordination with colleagues.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
