There is an extensive network of retail branches throughout the island.The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations.Duties and Responsibilities(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To prepare Telegraphic Transfers to be sent to banks relative to the sale of foreign\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0currency to customers.(ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To assist customers in filling in Application Form and gather all relevant documents (if\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 applicable) pertaining to transaction.(iii)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Onboard new customers and regularly update customer files.(iv)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To do follow-up of client\u2019s settlement of foreign currency and MUR through our online\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0banking statement relative to our buying and selling of foreign currency.(v)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Confirmation with banks of cross currency transactions by mail and fax.(vi)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Update reports for FED transactions to uploaded on XBRL.(vii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Upload all daily FX transactions on blotter.(viii)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Reconcile the daily FX position on blotter with Bank Statement(ix)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create customer profile on Company\u2019s internal system.(x)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Follow up with customers to update their file.(xi)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare banking of foreign currency notes from Money Changer.(xii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Respond to FED related queries.(xiii)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Follow up with banks and clients to meet deadlines in forex transactions.(xiv)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0To assist the Marketing department in building new clients\u2019 database.(xv)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 To monitor appointments of new customers and record outcomes.(xvi)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Always promote a positive \/ good image of Shibani Finance Co.
